Spit & Sawdust Skatepark
King Ramps brought their signature creativity and expertise to build an indoor skate park that’s now a cornerstone of Cardiff’s skate scene, Spit & Sawdust.
Widely regarded as one of the best skateparks in Europe, Spit & Sawdust features 7,000 square feet of skateable space in a converted warehouse. King Ramps constructed a world-class vert ramp (the only outdoor vert ramp in Wales), a thrilling bowl complex with a 10-foot deep section and endless lines, and a modern street course designed in collaboration with local skaters. The result is a space that blends fun and functionality perfectly, supporting Spit & Sawdust’s vibrant, community-focused vibe.
Beyond skateboarding, this hub is also home to a café serving homemade meals, an art gallery hosting exhibitions, and a creative atmosphere where music nights and workshops flourish. Established in 2014 by two artists and a skateboarder, Spit & Sawdust is a beacon for Cardiff’s skate community and King Ramps is proud to have played a role in its creation.
